Dan, I understand juicing the pomegranate seeds, but in the salad, do you just eat them straight up with the core as well….?
nice technique with the pomegranate, i just peel it straight up, it usually takes me like 15 mins, but the juice is worth the effort (and the time)

dan … any thoughts or research on 2012 ? I made the mistake of watching some you tube video’s on 2012 and it freaked me out …
We are literally in the middle of the wilderness so often get visited by raccoons, mice, etc., who go tearing things up, even with bins sealed up. So we can’t really keep anything in a bin around us for too long, be it ‘trash’ or ‘compost’ and if we move it to another location away from the RV, it still just gets torn up by them. Welcome to life in the forest…

Use some of those latex free gloves! Part of the coldness is the water evaporating. I use gloves all the time and even tho theyre thin your hands will stay much warmer!
